Delivery Zones and Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the radial distance from our shop.
1. Local Delivery Area
• Rate: $16.00
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday
• Coverage: This rate applies to locations within a 10km radius of the shop. This includes the majority of Christchurch suburbs, as well as Templeton, Prebbleton, and select areas of Lincoln.
2. Extended Delivery Area
• Rate: $23.00
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday
• Coverage: This rate applies to locations situated between 10km and 20km from the shop. This includes Sumner, New Brighton, Spencerville, Kaiapoi, and West Melton, Rolleston, Springston, Lincoln, Tai Tapu etc.
Delivery Schedules and Protocols
Delivery Days
We operate Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not offer Sunday deliveries, with the exception of Mother’s Day, or Valentine’s Day.
Timing and Special Requests
While we guarantee delivery on your selected date, we cannot guarantee a specific time due to fluctuating courier schedules.
• General Windows: We can typically accommodate requests for morning or afternoon delivery.
• Specific Requests: You are welcome to request a precise time, and our team will make every effort to fulfill it; however, this is not guaranteed.
• Ordering: To ensure delivery on a specific date, please clearly state your requirements in the "Delivery Date & Card Message" field during checkout.
Order Cut-off Times
To ensure timely service, please adhere to the following order deadlines:

Local Areas Mon-Fri 1 pm for same day delivery
Other Areas Mon-Fri 10 am for same day delivery
All Areas Sat 9 am
Note on Floral Festivals:
During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, standard cut-off times may not apply. We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure availability.
Delivery Procedures (Recipient Not Home)
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our couriers will follow these protocols:
1. Safe Placement: Flowers will be left in a secure location, shielded from weather conditions and out of public view where possible.
2. Unsuccessful Delivery: If a secure location is unavailable or the property is inaccessible, the arrangement will be returned to our studio.
3. Resolution: We will contact either the sender or the recipient to arrange a subsequent delivery. Please be advised that a re-delivery fee may apply.
