Delivery
Delivery Areas:
1. Within Christchurch ( Monday-Saturday):
All Christchurch suburbs plus Templeton and Prebbleton.
2. Outer Christchurch (Monday - Friday):
West Melton, Rolleston, Leeston, Springston, Lincoln, Tai Tapu, Spencerville, and Kaiapoi.
Delivery Times:

We deliver from Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver to outer on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays(Except for Mother's Day).

While we can guarantee delivery date we are unable to guarantee the actual time of delivery on the day due to varying courier timetables. We can generally achieve a morning or afternoon delivery time if requested. However please feel free to request a specific delivery time and we will do our best to meet it.

Delivery cut-off time:
Within Christchurch:

Monday - Friday: Same day delivery if ordered before noon, otherwise on the next business day. (This may not apply to Floral Festivals such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day... We suggest to place your order in advance for these Festivals and advise us your requested delivery date.)

Saturday: If ordered before 4:00pm Friday.
Outer Christchurch:

Monday - Friday: Orders placed before 9:00am can be delivered on the same day, otherwise on the next business day. (This may not apply to Floral Festivals).

Saturday: No rural delivery

If the recipient is not home:

When your flowers are delivered, if the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in a safe location out of the weather and out of public view if possible.

If the flowers are not able to be left safely, or the courier is not able to gain access to the delivery location, they will be returned to the florist. And the sender or recipient will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date. An additional delivery fee may be charged for re-delivery
